Default Alternator touching engine block

I just did the ZJ 136Amp upgrade for my 95 XJ. It is really tight and I think that it is clear but just want to make sure if it is accidentily touching the block or bracket it isn't going to fry the alternator. I am not good with the electrical side so any help would be appreciated. I don't want to tear everything back appart to grind again if I don't have to.

Might be better to grind it a bit. Because of vibrations. I guess

That is what I would do.. its not much to grind the bracket a little to help it fit.

The shell grounds to the engine through the mounting bolts already

After grinding the bracket I took a flap disk to the block for clearance. If you crack the alternator casting it'll cause problems make sure you have some kind of gap all the way around it.

If you want to, you can grind it a bit, but do not get to worried about it, alternators heat up by themselves a lot, I mean a lot, so if you ask me, I will grind it off a bit just to make sure air flows around, and there will be no rubbing (although they move together)
