This is what i'm thinking..
performance curve magnaflow+tail pipe combo 2.5
http://performance-curve.com/84-01ch...lpipe-1-1.aspx
Thunderbolt 2.5 cat
http://performance-curve.com/410250.aspx
Front and rear exhaust manifold
http://www.ineedparts.com/index.php?...66&AUTOPN_ID=6
then walker pre cat, walker front pipe. 4 bosch 02 sensors (2 up, 2 down)
of course I will need a 3 bolt reducer from the cat to connect to the front pipe since its a flange connection I believe? Unless I get a pipe bent but i'm also trying to save some money.

Banks Header or no header???
Hey guys...I'm working on getting caught up on your conversation. I just pulled my head today due to a blown gasket and potential other damage. So bad it popped the freeze plug out.
I have a cracked intake and will get the head in to be magnafluxed. However, I am looking at the exhaust manifolds, y pipe, and amount of heat that I deal with in Tucson. I am thinking about just springing for the Banks Torque Tube. What is the common thought? Pre cats cook everything under my hood and every summer I run EXTREMELY HOT. Usually enough that heat soak vaporizes cylinders 1 and 3. Yes I've been through the whole system including Flowcooler water pump and Hesco t stat housing. all new stock radiator, clutch, and electric fan as well.
I would love some more punch (they claim the header adds 9HP) however, the extra heat of a stainless header bothers me.
Ideas????

Why did you decide to get the round magnaflow muffler instead of the combo one that performance curve offers?

Do you think its worth it to get a banks torque tube header?
I've read the ports dont match the block so it might be restricted to begin with?
