Alright I'm at school, no time for researching. I've been in the wheel market for a bit lookin around, I'm pretty set on 15x8 4" bs. I was just wondering if I went to a larger rim 16, 17, if I would find more/less tire options or massive decrease in mpg or what, should I expand my search to those sizes? 15x8 wheels are tough to come by around me.

It looks so much better without them, also makes the jeep look taller.

The bigger the rim the higher the tire price, there are a thousand tire options for 15 inch rims.

If I lift my xj one more inch, can I run my 3in shocks until I get new ones?

Okay, the rim thing has been bothering me. The jeep rim I posted is a 10 spoke. The rim used on the General Lee is also a 10 spoke (American Racing Vector) not a stock dodge rim. The 16 spoke rim you have looks like Western Cyclone II also known as Hurricane and also known as A-Team rims. (Yep, the ones on the ATeam black van).
I could be wrong but the 16 spoke vs 10 spoke was bothering me so I think I'm right on this. You have A-Team rims. I like em!

Which makes no fricken sense since there's less material.

1. The bigger the tire the higher the price.
2. The bigger the hole the higher the price.

I just checked eBay, cause I like em that much. Looks like a set of four are going for about $1500.00 might want to take care of those.
