Unfortunely I need tires now so I am going with what I can afford for now and hopefully i'll save some money when I go away for school. I'm buying the goodyear wrangler radial 235/75*15

Ya I can't argue with that. However I did just find a nice set of used 31s so I might buy them and then tell the wife I can't use them without the lift lol Will I be ok with 31s without a lift with no off road?

I run 31x10.5s on daily driver with no lift. Only rubs on hard full turns. My OME 2.5" LCG lift should arrive soon so I can go Offroad and flex it.

What is the most affordable lift kit that comes with new shocks? Or would it be better to buy different shocks and do spacers? I see top gun custzoms on ebay has kits for 200-250 and Zone has kits for 250-300? Or spacer and shackles with pro comp shocks for 220? or rough country for 300?

Zone offroad. Get the nitro shocks

Oh yes i totally forgot your a weath of knowledge. I dont run anything rough country fool and id never recommend that junk to anybody
