cool,glad i didnt get em,the guy at RC said not many people use them,nice and honest,good guy.My other question is about my install,my buddy never did one,but does everything else under the sun,he said he wasnt sure if he needed a bigger jack to reach,he doesnt have a lift.Can he do it with reg stuff out of his garage? or should i just pay the extra $$$ to get it done? thanks for the help guys,big noob here

You can do it with general shop tools. If all else fails, instead of paying someone else to do it, buy a bigger jack.

I have a rc 3" lift on an 89 cherokee and wanna get more lift out of it for but don't wanna spend $1500+ for a 6"....any suggestions? I don't wanna lose too much flex though.

im about to put 33's on my xj and im tryin to gget the suspension in good working order before i put those expensive tires on it, i have about 4 inches of lift and it has a stock track bar, should i get an adjustable track bar or drill and relocate, or is it fine where it is stock

Get a iron man fab double shear adj track bar.

Your gonna need shocks, brake lines, a adj TB if you don't have one already. CAD or long arms, SYE and prolly more just to accommodate the hight change. To go higher, what you use depends on what the original lift has on it. If it has full 3" packs right now, id get shackles and new coils.

Thanks, but I think I've changed my mind again so I won't be doing SOA. Rustys makes 4.5" full packs, $289 for the pair, and that'll be easier since I'm getting a bolt-in D44 in a week. I just wanted to make sure Rusty still sells good leaf springs.

Why are the coils doing this? They seem very much out of wack. I just put the lift on and I have not taken the Jeep off of the jack stands.

I replied in the other thread but...

It looks like the control arm might be too short. But you need it on the ground first to really tell.
