so what ya think about 33 12.5 on four inch lift ya think i can get em tucked under those fenders with a lil persuasion with a cut off wheel. i just dont want to get tires and end up getting too big for my lift

 

I have a Jeep in the back yard with 0 lift and 33" tires. I'm sure you could fit them on a 4.5" lift. Trim and bump correctly and put 35's on 4 inches of lift.

 

3.5-4" of lift, with stock front sway and lower control arms. Wanting to run 32x11.50 on 15x8 with 3.75bs.....do able or what will need to be done to run it? 2001 xj currently with stock flares.

I'm more worried about backspacing and hitting the stock control arms than the actual size of the tires. Sorry the mobile version doesn't allow me to search this thread. My bad man.

 

You'll be fine with that backspacing...I had 3.5" lift and 32's on my xj and I made it work with stock flares, but ended pulling them off and trimming so the tires had room to flex.

 

Not sure if it's been covered already but I don't know the year of the wrangler these came off of so here goes, anyone recognize these and know if they'll fit a 95 GC?

$50 for all 4 seems like a decent deal to me so I wanna grab em!

 

I think I finally decided on the Zone 3" lift with the complete leaf springs.

Outside of what comes with this package, what else should I order and replace while I am doing the job? It's a 98 XJ Limited with 137k and has not been abused at all.

Shhould I drop the TC? Are there bushings or wear items that should be replaced while I am doing this?

You'll need longer sway bar connects,longer brake lines and a adj track if you want, you don't need one.

I know I can run 33" on almost anything.. I was thinking more about...

I live in Canada so I know some of you aren't going to know what areas are like and what is needed for them. I am more looking for an entry level lift that will get me on the trails to see if I want to go crazy with this hobby. But will also let me use it as a DD and a camping jeep. I want to tow a small trailer and still go get groceries.

 

The wheels will fit. They're TJ/XJ wheels, and they're both 5x4.5 bolt pattern.

Longer sway bar links for sure... You'll be alright with stock lines unless you plan on cutting your fenders and getting a ton of flex... and if your going to offroad, adj track bar... I just re drilled the hole on mine

 

Did redrilling the track bar mount work well for you? I've been meaning to do that for 2 years now.


And replacing the sway bar links isn't completely necessary, if you plan on ditching the rear and discos in the front, the stock links will work fine on road.
