I'd like to do that eventually but I'm going to wait until I do the 4.5" LA lift I have in the plans. Just wanted something for now that's better than the OEM track bar. Saw this and was just curious. I'm gonna go ahead and go with the RE bar though. Comes with the misalignment spacers, nut, and bolt ya need to make it work with the OEM bracket... not that I'm a huge fan of that bracket, but works.
The design is similar to the RE1600.
A guy in my local jeep club put one on his TJ and has had no issues with it.

The one the fellow club member purchased did include everything needed to attatch to the factory body side mount.
You can always call them if unsure or go with the RE trackbar.
I was just giving a little insight on it since you asked about it.
The Superlift warehouse is located in the nearest city to my location so I drive down there when I want to know something, skyjacker is about 20 minutes away from them down the interstate lol.
It's only about 30 minutes from my house to either one.
Don't have anything soon to purchase from them or I'd ask about the xj trackbar for you.
I assume it's the same bar though.

Anyone know where I can find a shackle like this but in a shorter design? I contacted this company about shorter ones, so we'll see if that pans out. I have HDOR relocation brackets and the IRO shackles I have contact the brackets. Best case scenario is a 6.5" shackle eye to eye and I need 3.5" before the shackle starts to bump out around the big bushing. The round design pretty much eliminates my problem but 8" is too long. I've called literally 4 companies this afternoon trying to find something. Tereflex is my best option yet but they start to get wide at 3" instead of the 3.5" that I need. Thanks for any input.

Here's a pic of my current setup. You can see where it's contacting. I'd like to go up to the top hole closest to the front of the vehicle so I can get more travel. That puts me at 6.5". Thanks.
I haven't figured out how to start a thread yet I'm new on this. I just bought a 1999 XJ sport. I want to use it for hunting in the desert so I would like to get a lift kit, I'm thinking 3 to 4 inches. I used to have a 95 and I know these things are notorious for bad suspension. What's the best possible thing I could do on this at a decent price? The rear leaf springs are as flat as a pancake right now.

Help
I haven't figured out how to start a thread yet, I recently purchased a 1990 9XJ, the first thing I want to do is get the suspension dealt with, the leaf springs are as flat as a pancake, I would like to put a 3 to 4 inch lift kit on it just wondering what else needs to be replaced were added if I put a lift kit on. I would also like a suggestion of one that would be very good suspension I owned a 95 before and I realize the suspension on these jeeps is junk. For the year this jeep has low miles 95,000 so I think a suspension kit will be worth it.

Not really your fault due to the title, but I think you need to ask that in the Grand Cherokee section. We'd be able to tell you if it was a ZJ, WJ, or even a WK, but the WK2's are a little past our forte.

XJ Best 3 Inch lift NEED HELP!!!!!
I'm looking for opinions on 3 inch lift kits for an 01 XJ. I dont want a real expensive kit that includes control arms, sway bars quick disconnects, or any of that. Mostly just shocks, coils springs, and leaf packs (No add a leafs). It will simply be used to just get more clearence for riding on trails where I hunt that are pretty moderate trails that i could drive on now, but would just like more clearance. Its my Daily Driver so i dont want it to be a kit that will ruin my experience as a DD. I'm relatively new the the Jeep Life and would love to start my journey and start my XJ Project. I was looking at the Rough Country 630n2 kit, but ive heard a lot of good stuff about rough country products, and a lot of bad things too. So I;m on the fence with RC, but dont know any other brands. Any reccomendations on kits would be appreciated! I currently run 15x7 wheels with 235/75r15 tires but plan on getting 15x8 wheels with 31x10.50 wheels after getting the lift. Thanks all!!!!!!!
