Too many variables involved to give a good answer. I'd try without it first and then add it if you aren't satisfied

No. My fenders were already trimmed before I lifted it. I trimmed them when I had 235's because I was at stock height without bumpstops and my tires kept making contact with the fenders. Then I put 31" tires on at stock height with the same trimming because I really needed new tires and knew I'd be lifting it soon. I lifted it shortly after and now I have 32s on it.

Trimming and lift aren't the only factors that dictate tire size. Bumpstop is another one.... it just gets a little more complicated depending on what combo you're doing.

Default Clicking when I turn.

I just bought my second XJ. My first one was stock and was killed by hitting a deer. I finally got another and it was already lifted. When I turn I get a single "click" sound and it does it again when I straiten back out. The only thing that looks or of place is one of the bushings has allot of grease outside of it.

I'm new to the forum the Jeep has a forum sticker on it so I thought it should be a good idea to visit.

Does it do this when you're at a stop? If so get someone to turn the wheel while you look and listen to the front end. It could be a wheel joint. Get a wheel off the ground a bit and slide a pry bar under, if there's obvious play you'll know it but look and listen to the u joint itself.. A little more info on the jeep will help, especially for those of us on a mobil platform. Year, model, amount of lift, which bushing specifically..

Looking into some affordable A/T 31x10.5r15 tires and have narrowed it down to the following, in order of preference:
Hankook Dynapro ATM ($150)
Kumho Road Venture ($120)
BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2 ($170)
Capitol A/T ($115)
Kenda Klever A/T($120)

I may be inclined to get closer to the BFG's $170 mark (typically you get what you pay for - I realize that) because I plan to mount them myself (when I paint the rims) and just get them balanced after. And I plan on waiting 'til I need to rotate them to get the 5th matching spare.

Any suggestions will be taken into consideration. I have a 3" IRO lift and Napier Flat Flares. Will be regearing eventually. I want to put them on my 15x7 Canyon (5.25 backspacing) and if needed will get spacers, although I have only heard it being an issue with no fender trimming. Keep in mind this Jeep will see payment and gravel road/trail.

I'm personally not all that happy with the BFG T/A KO's. They've been a ***** to keep balanced, have worn like crap, and aren't very good in rain and snow. I see you're in North Dakota, have you considered Goodyear Duratrac's? They have the snowflake stamp and are supposed to be great in rain, snow, slush, etc. That's what I'm about to go with since my BFG's vibrate like hell between 45 & 55 mph.

That being said, I've heard great things about Cooper AT3's. Was thinking about going that route, but being in Michigan, the Duratrac makes the most sense.

Those are the originals right? I have the newer ko2 on all my trucks and love them. Perform great in everything but deep mud. I had duratracs on my truck last year and despised them.I thought they were terrible in wet conditions but alot of people like them

Yeah I was suggested them by one of the tire places in town. I looked at the price ($182 on eBay) and was a little deterred.

Here is what I have put together if anyone is interested:

I know they're off-brand but I've had great luck with Kendas. Im running the M/T with over 20k on them and still have plenty of tread. Check out simple tire, they have some of the best prices I've found. Pluss if you have a business address you can send them to shipping is way cheaper.

I don't think you going to be happy with a 7" wide wheel and 5.25" of BS you can buy new steel wheels in a 15x8 with (3.75-4" MAX) of BS for $40 each from several places.
