Default after lift concerns

i recently installed a 3 in rough country lift and now when i go over a speed bump i get this noise from the front end, it sounds like the coil spring on the left hand side is bouncing around or something. it seems to only do this when i am turning and hitting a bump and the same time. any ideas?

Possibly a bad/broken shock or even a loose sway bar. Did you put new shocks in and also check for rubbing of the coil/sway bar...Tj

Shock may be too short as one reason. But I also suspect, the sound was coming from the coil spring. Due to the lift-up 3-inch, then the axle position slightly backward. Lower control arm angle also becomes more downward causing coil spring curved like a bow. Perhaps you also need to install drop the lower control arm so the arm back to its original angle.
