Advise on lift
Im new to the Cherokee scene
will i need adjustable lower control arms for a 3" lift and would i need anything else for this kit? http://westernmass.craigslist.org/pts/4155621596.html

Offer a hundred and it would be worth it. Just because you don't know if the shocks are good or not.
I mean 200 is too much.
No you don't need lower control arms. You will need to straighten your brake lines to make them longer. You should relocate your track bar or buy one for a 3" lift.
The add a leaf and shackles alone should get you to 3".
That is pretty much my lift kit to the tee. LOL AFter a year its still working great. I have heavy steel tapered blocks though. Those look like the cheap auto zone ones.
