I've got an adjustable track bar with the stock Cherokee track bar mount on the driver's side. I bought a new Rough Country track bar mount that will require a new end for the track bar. Anyone know what I might need and who sells them?

If its a double sheer mount, you will need a heim joint with misalignment spacers. You can get them at your local hot rod shop or off road shop. When I bought mine it was like $22.

That's a double sheer. Find the right size heim joint and make sure its the same thread pitch (right hand or left) some are one way and some are the other.
