So my quick rear sag fix turned into a 2.5" lift all around (long story). I put in new Crown HD leaf packs about 3 weeks ago and put me at 2" over stock. I then added another 1" from adjustable Rough Country Shackles.
Question: Are these OEM spec "HD" leaf packs actually worth a damn? I'm just afraid that after putting these shackles on they're just going to start inverting with the quickness.
If I went back and added a leaf from my old pack for a little extra support, how much (if any) lift will I potentially be adding? Or is this a bad idea?
ANY comments/suggestions are appreciated... I'm a Jeep newbie. Thanks fellas.

Since the curve of the HD pack is greater than the curve of your old pack, adding an old leaf won't do much. You should be fine with the shackle. If you're set on adding a leaf then get a 3" AAL and do it that way.
