Default 99+ intake power steering pump

i have an engine i am on the last legs of a rebuild with, and i cant seem to figure out if my old power steering pump will fit. i am using a newer style intake manifold. with my 91. i have the matching bracket. but on my old manifold there was two bolt hples where the power steering pump bolts up, where as on the new one there are three. anyone do this that can give me a deffinitive answer?

its the bracket off of the new manifold. it has three holes in it which line up with three on the new intake manifold. but the power steering pump goes inbetween them. my old style manifold only had two holes. so does this affect whether the old power steering pump will bolt up or not?

Do the two holes in the power steering pump line up with two of the holes in the bracket? This seems like one of those things that would be easier for you to tell since all the parts are lying in front of you. I've always read that you should get the newer power steering pump too. Also should be noted that I think you are suppose to remove the pully near the a/c pump (if you have one) and route your belt like the newer XJs do.

If you have all the brackets for the 99+ intake and steering pump, why dont you get the 99+ pump? I got the whole shebang when i did the swap and it made it simple. I really dont think the 91 pump is going to work unless you fab up something.

My pump is only about a year old and I don't have the one for the newer Jeeps. I just wanted to know if I had to buy it or not. It's too cold to go to the scrap yard with a saws all and check for myself. Anyone done the actual swap ?
