I'd just take a wire bush to it and por15 it and let it be,Its not bad enough to repair or replace yet to me.You don't have any rust holes in it yet and the por15 will stop it for years.

Go buy this. More then enough to do a small area like that.
Google POR 15 but here are a couple tips. Wire brush off any loose rust. Wire wheel any clean metal. Use the cleaner degreaser in a 4 parts water to 1 part cleaner ratio. Spray it on the area keeping it wet for 15 minutes. Wash off and let dry. Use the metal prep full strength. Same thing. Keep it wet for 15 minutes, wash off, and let dry. Apply the POR 15 in 2 or 3 light coats. Waiting till it drys enough to where you get the finger drag. POR 15 is UV light sensitive. It will eventually turn an ashy gray. This will not effect any of its properties though. Since it is the bottom of the door this should not be a problem. You can top coat it if you want though with whatever you want. If you are going to top coat it, I wouldn't though, but not right away ghost it with some primer. Wear gloves. POR 15 with stay on you for about a week but will eventually wear off.

I'll look into the por15, I'm familiar with it but I thought it had to be used before you have rust. I'm thinking the whole pinch seem is rusted because that's three individual coats of Bedliner it's showing through. Plus a coat of enamel.

When using POR15, follow the directions to the letter for best results. Like said, dont get any on you. If you do, try laquer thinner right away, before the stuff dries. Wear old clothing, just in case. It gets EVERYWHERE within a 10 mile radius if youre not careful lol.

I have started using FluidFilm spray to undercoat my XJ. Pulled panels and sprayed inner skin too. Inside doors even the frame rails. Can't rust if it's oiled!

About to do mine this weekend. Last 3 years been using my friends compressor and his gun kit. This year I bought myself a couple presents so now I can do it at home. Love that stuff.

Yes! Keep those vehicles RUST-FREE! Wish I had that setup! I just purchased a standard undercoating gun and a gallon of FF at OReilly Auto. Ended up buying 10 spray cans at Home Depot since they were blowing them out at 8.99 a can. I also just received the hose for the FF spray can so I can actually get deeper into the frame rails.
Stuff STINKS but the stink goes away after 2 days.
If you REALLY want to keep your Jeeps rust-free.. USE THIS STUFF! Seriously. It will work. Even stops existing rust in it's tracks.
Of couse working under the Jeep is a sticky ordeal, but it's a small price to pay for NO RUST EVER!
