I just want to make sure I'm not digging myself into a hole but will I be ok with putting 99 D30 knuckles on my 94 D30? Any Surprises or issues that might happen?

i think you would need not only the 99 brake pads/calipers and rotors, but you would also need 99 wheel bearings too. so everything outboard from the knuckles would have to be 99 due to the different hat height used on the rotors.
at least i'm pretty sure, i may be wrong... never heard of anyone doing it yet.

I swapped in (what I was told) a 93 cherokee front axle into my 00. Because it had 4.10. I used my hubs, knuckles, and brake parts on it. And did the vacuum delete kit to use my one piece axle shaft on the passenger side
The guy that sold it to me had it in his 87ish comanche
