so i recently picked up a 98 cherokee and i was thinking of trying to do 1.5-2 inch lift with either 33x10.5 or 32x11.5, and if you have any pics of this i would love to see some. i read this link on low cog and really like the droop set up idea.

now i want to get some opinions on how you would set it up to get full flex with bigg tires and little lift. i was thinking of doing the shackle relocation form RC plus coil spacers in the front with longer shocks, brake lines and bump stopping. also i want it to be road worthy as this being my daily driver. Ideas?

honestly, its not really a LCOG build if ur just doin 33s max. now 37s are a different story. plus what they dont have in height, they make up for in down travel with the axle. like it may only sit 3" of lift, but it would have bout 10-14" of down travel. but i guess thats my opinion

I would say adj lca's and uca's. Then you can push the axle foreward an inch and get a little more droop. And dont forget about trimming the fenders. But you got the rest right. And yes, 1.5 and 33's is still low cog. And so is 3" and 33's.
Don't use spacers, go with actual lift from springs. The zj v8 springs should give about 2 inches. In the rear, you want the flattest leafs to get the biggest flex. If you've got stock leaves that aren't completely flat or inverse, then I'd keep them and go with slightly longer shackles and HDO relocator brackets.
For shocks, definitely find a way to shoehorn some 10" travels in there if not longer. But I think longer would involve you cutting up metal and doing shock hoops.

Uh who said 3" on 33's is LCOG? Any average joe can do that with a little fender trimming... 3" on 40's=LCOG. 3" on 33's= normal jeep. My buddy ran 33's with 0 lift, so would his be SLCOG?

Your center of gravity has no realtion to how big your tires are. Generally, low cog is somewhere around 3" or less. Low cog does not mean you have a small lift and big tires. It just means that you have a small lift. 3" and 31's has the same cog as 3" and 33's. Well, actually 3" and 31's has a lower cog than 3" and 33's because of the tire size. But anyways. Think about it. Its simple physcis.
Now another way to get a low cog is if you run say a 4.5" or 5" lift with full width axles. Then you would have a wider stance and therefore, making it more stable. With low cog, the name of the game is stability. The more stable, the more evenly the weight is spread to each tire and the easier it will crawl in off camber situations.
