Hey, my 97 cherokee wont go into 4 wheel high on the way down, only on the way back up and after it has engaged and disengaged 4 lo. Any ideas?

That isn't really possible, our jeeps have a manual lineage that actuates a fork in the tc so to get to low you have to pass high with the gearing in the tc. What is it doing that makes you think that its not engaging?

My wheels don't move while im giving it gas. Its like it's not even there on the way down

Sure you didn't overshoot it into neutral

Positive I have it in drive and the wheel in the slot it will slide into after 2wheel which would be 4 high

i have had the problem slightly as well its almost as if it doesnt engage. its weird. but mines more 4 lo
