97+ bumper caps on 96- with pics

I wanted the new style bumper caps, but I wanted to keep the old school grill. I have done the whole conversion (fenders, header, grill, bumper caps, indicators), but I wanted the best of both worlds this time.
This is what I started with:

I removed the bumper caps, and made these cuts

Size:  10.8 KB
Then I installed them with self tappers.

Size:  70.6 KB
Just have to paint them to finish them. Also need a drill to put some 10mm on the original mounting tabs on the new caps.

Since you modified a stock part I moved this out of Fab and into Advanced Tech.

Looks good, I was gonna toss my set out in the trash but seems like they may come in handy for someone.
