DELETHello All! New to the Cherokee forum. I JUST GOT A 96 CHEROKEE WITH THE BRAKE LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS, AND HAZARDS NOT WORKING. I have checked my fuses and my flasher and it seems that the problem is that I only have from 7.4V ignition on or 8.4V jeep running at the flasher relay. This I believe is not enough for the system to work. I put 12v to the flasher via power probe and the problem is fixed. My question is that it seems that the pink/black wire that goes to fuse 13 comes from pcm. Would the pcm have to be replaced if voltage coming out is insufficient? Has anyone had this problem? Any help or advice will be appreciated.
PS I only have a very limited wiring diag.
