96 2WD cherokee

thinkin about welding my diff for my jeep since its 2wd it still goes a lot of places but it sucks to not have posi trac, any thoughts on weldin the diff?

If its a off road toy i would if its a daily driver i wouldn't do it.

I have street driven Hot Rods with spools a lot over the years and if you plan on using it as a DD "Don't" use a lunch box locker cheap and works on a DD.

Fred ever had a spool with dot slicks in the rain lol.I become religious real fast that day,And learned to check the weather for the day before i try that again.
