94 xj lift

I have a 94 xj 5 speed with a 2.5in old man emu lift with leafs and coil springs. Can I add 2in shackels and coil spacers without having to do a lot of extra modifactions?

You may need tc drop.

Thanks for the info. Also can I fit 33x11.50 under it if I cut the front finders level with my turn signal lights.
