93ZJ engine into a 91XJ

93ZJ engine into a 91XJ
So I have the chance to pick up an engine out of a ZJ for my Xj. The engine will be pulled this weekend and ready for pick up on Sunday. The rig was an auto. So I'll have to swap the flex plate for my fly wheel/new fly wheel. I heard the brackets will need to be swapped for the power steering and pulleys. Motor mounts will need to be swapped. Will I need to swap my water pump, starter, alternator over? I don't need the ecm/computer do I? This will be my first engine swap, did I miss anything? Thanks for the help

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Swap the flexplate and front brackets, the engine block is the same as what is in your XJ. Even the water pump is the same.
