91 xj 5 speed want to swap to automatic?
I have a 91 xj 5 speed used for commuting would like to swap a automatic in it just dont know what is involved anybody ever done this and is it worth the hassle?

I think you see the pattern here
even if you really want to pursue the swap, the easiest way is to still buy a donor vehicle

Don't sell it and buy and auto for commuting, keep that 5 speed beast and buy a beater civic for comutting.
