What trim do you have? Pioneer, Laredo, Limited? I like my Laredo seats. Limited seats are power and leather. You could also use seats out of Wagoneer.

That should work if you use your current XJ brackets. I haven't tried that. Personally I saw keep the Laredo seats, I like how they wrap around on the sides. By the way, it's 84-94 XJ seats are direct bolt in. 95-01 is a different style bracket.
