Talking 88 XJ steerin upgrade

I recently bought a 88 jeep xj and love it. Im interested in making my tie rods a bit beefier.I dont want to replace them with stock ones because of what ive heard about stock XJ tierods. I honestly dont plan on doing much wheeling right now but would like the option later. I want to do a zj upgrade. I pieced together an entire assembly from rock auto.
2 Raybestos(professional) ends(left outer and at pitman arm)- $29.99 each
1 Raybestos(professional) right inner tie rod end- $54.99
1 Moog Right outer tie rod end-$72.79
1 Moog steering damper- $45.99
1 TRW track bar- $20.79
about $285 after shipping
Any opinions on this setup? and is it worth what im spending?

Y personally I would go with an inverted T setup. Think you could find one for what you've got priced out there. Might cost a little bit more, but way better than the stock inverted Y setup.

Nice! I'll check that out. Never thought about that route. Thanks

for that cost why don't you get a JCR or Serious Offroad UTK kit and call it a day.
