Default 88 Renix to 94 HO (OBD1) Swap?

After doing some searching I see the popular thing is to put the HO head on the Renix block with Renix intake & exhaust manifolds...

Does anyone know if there are any write-ups on swapping the HO motor and CPU into a Renix? I have a wrecked 94 4.0L with a 5spd I am looking to swap into an 88 Renix AW4 as a whole, rather than just swap trans.

Other than fuel lines & cooling system, what all would have to be done with the wiring harness to change complete engines and CPU's? I have someone who would want the Renix drivetrain which is one of the reasons I want to swap the whole setup over.

I know this subject has been discussed several times, but I haven't really seen much on doing the full swap. Would it be better to try and swap harnesses or look into buying an aftermarket harness?
