8.8 swap, missing anything?
Just wanna make sure I'm not missing any parts here.
8.8 axle
IRO swap kit
new diff cover and gasket
flange adapter for drive shaft
brake pads, rotors, and calipers
hard brake lines
I also want to replace the diff cover bolts if anyone knows where I can find em. Didn't see em on Summit.

Just a heads up cut 3/4" off each side of the truss before you install it or the u bolts won't fit. Found this out when I had it under the truck and I did everything to there specs.
What year did yours come out of? Iirc isn't there a slight difference in size in the earlier explorer 8.8s? Either way thanks for the heads up.

did you check all your bearings and such? did you have to gear it? does it need rotors and pads? you gonna use wheel spacers? locker?....

I'll still need to regear the front but I'm not worried about that for now, I'll take care of that before it sees 4wd use again.

Bearings and seals are all good, gearing is what I want for now, brakes are listed above, I already have aftermarket wheels with the right backspacing and the axle already has limited slip for now.

I really don't even want the super kit right now, I don't have the use for it. I'll get it when I upgrade the front axle and go to 37s or higher but I'm not at all trying to get into upgrading my front axle as well as steering and everything else that goes with it. If I had the money for any of that I'd have just gone with Dana 60s from the start lol
