quick but maybe a dumb question. Can i just turn my rustys bent arms upside down?

Yessir. It is the same length no matter which way you put them. I was more worried about clearance issues.

You may have an issue hitting axle sids ca mounts

this is the correct direction arms go if there are turned up side down they will hit spring perch here when suspension travels
