I am throwing the Trash-Loc in the trash where it belongs. Spicer does not sell replacement parts for it, but offered a new one at full price +
So I was looking for a helical gear LSD (for street manners) and shopping for a Eaton True-Trac,, WHY is the Chrysler 8.25 version of the TT $200+ more than every other versin of the TT??
Basically no used TT to be found, very few retailers have new in stock - ~$700
I did find "Powertrax Grip Pro" for under $500 and looks simular to the TT.
But all my research on helical geared LSD in jeeps is 99.999% Eaton TT,, so hesitant on buying a Power grip pro,, is the TT realy $200 better?

A few people have put the Grip Pro in there dana 30 front and it works and holds up just as well as a truetrac. I plan on getting one for the front of the ZJ I am building, I wouldn't hesitate to put one in the Chrysler 8.25 if I wanted a limited slip.

It must be just name recognition holding the Truetrac price up.
