Default 60 or 62 mm throttle body?

just like the title says, ive been looking around and see sellers selling both 60mm and 62mm throtlebodys...which one? my gut says 62mm but i want confirmation from someone who knows their stuff, lol

i was looking at this one http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Jeep-62mm-199...item2c5ba41f28

and my other question, i have a 95, but im putting the 99+ intake on it...can i still order the 91-95 tb? will it bolt in fine or do i need to order a 99+ tb?

You should be ok as long as you have the round TB.

Go with the 62mm tb. Your system will only be as good as the weakest link. Make sure you get a free flowing exhaust to take the fullest advantage.

At max go with 2.5". Personally, I'm going to do,
Headers>2.25" front pipe>2.25" high flow cat> 2.5" muffler>2.5 tail pipe.

Only got the APN header and high flow cat right now with the 62mm tb. I'm liking it, you'll feel the acceleration.

The manifold inlet is only 60mm right? So it would have to be bored out to match the 62mm TB, no?

right now my headers come down to a 2.5" to the flex pipe(which is also 2.5"), after the flex pipe its 2.25" the whole way...so should the rest of the pipe after the headers and down pipe be the same size(2.5") or should i go bigger?

makes great sense...i didnt know the size of the hole on the intake manifold, which is why i asked which is better, 60 or 62...so i guess i could just get it bored out to 62 before install...

found this while searching for injectors...so this is good info, but i have a few questions regarding it...

i notice the different fuel rails from different years have diff psi ratings, does this mean by putting a 99 fuel rail in my 95 as well as change my injectors accordingly ill get more power? or does changing th fuel rail do nothing and only changing the injectors is the way to go?

my other question is this chart says "stock" 4L, so im wondering are they reffering to stock as in no turbo/supercharger? or does tb, intake, cai, headers and exhaust count as "stock" or no?

For what it's worth, I did the following without mind blowing results -

Bored out throttle body
Spectre CAI
703 Injectors
New spark plug cables
new spark plugs
Magnaflow exhaust
2.5" Mandrel bent pipe
Reset computer

So the engine is more responsive and alive and noisy, but the promise of greater power is definitely not there. Possibly a few HP gained, but not much once you factor in the heavier tires, wheels, bumpers, extra battery, winch, Hi-Lift, tools, lights, etc..

Maybe I should go to higher octane fuel..?

Higher octane fuel is of no benefit unless you're experiencing detonation or your low octane is crap for detergents. Have you regeared to match your tires? This will yeild the greatest power increase

I know from experience, there is a difference in the plug that attaches to the injector between different years. My 99 plug is different than my 98. Do your homework before doing swaps.

for power im not looking for a **** load, maybe 15-30 max, but i dont wanna go the turbo/SC route nor the stroker...i wanna go cheap so im looking at different ways to boost the power...

I did what you did. But, I went 2.5" pipe from manifold down to tail pipe. I also have hypertech III. New hi flow cat. Other is same as you. I noticed a big difference in how the jeep drives. Interesting you didn't.
