YOU, the driver will not be affected unless it is in a negative fashion. You may give your passengers louder music but ruin your own. Make sure you have a solid front set-up then jump in the back and see if you need better sound in the back. If the answer to that is yes, then add the speakers but don't let them over power the fronts.
