You will definitely want to do gears, and you will need a SYE. Even with a t-case drop, thats too much lift to get the joint angles even close.

The weight of the tires and gas milage. What I'm saying it's not a practical dd. can you do it? Yes but your visit at the pump will be ridiculous and I'm just going to assume all the things youll need with 35s ( gears, axles, sye + install) will be more than what the OP would want to spend
My daily driver has 33s, and I plan to go bigger. Much bigger.
You want a 'practical' daily driver, you shouldn't be driving a lifted 4x4 with oversize tires in the first place. Thats an oxymoron.
Go get a Prius if you want practicality.

Well to the original OP of you'd like to get a decent lift for 1500 the sye and front driveshaft for about 250, new tires for ~800 assuming your getting just 4 gears for your front and rear axles 300 and hopefully you don't have a d35 to where gearing ur axles would be pointless. And that's if you do all the labor your looking at almost 3000 and again that's if you do the labor yourself if not your prob looking at atleast another 700 but again do what you want that's why I'm saying "more" practical
