Yes.

Make sure to release the pressure from the fuel rail before starting the swap. Use the schroeder valve if needed. And have a cup to empty the rest into, otherwise you'll make a mess with gasoline.

And we're really spoon feeding this to you. There are literally hundreds of threads covering all this. On just this site alone.

Thanks GOD
Also, disco both battery cables, and I also undo the fuel cap ever since I changed a fuel filter and forgot..
I had fuel in my eyes & ears..couldn't see for a good day and gas in your ear = feels like someones stabbing you in the era lol\
Be safe and search here or jeep forum for write ups..I actually linked a jeepforum writeup, and although its a valid link, it still doesn't work..idk why.

Correct! Remove old injectors by wiggling & twisting and pulling down slightly.
Put some vasoline on both sides of new injector, twist & slide into fuel rail, then try to slowly get them pressed into the intake. Make sure to lube both O-rings!

And its sad you would need to steal the injectors. I've had my suspisions about people stealing and selling them at a insanely cheap price just to make a buck...don't steal man, its not worth the troubles that come along with!
Seriously from one of us offering them, they range from $45-80 or pay at the yards usually $30-60..
