Looking at Lifts. I am leaning toward the 5.5" RE Long Arm kit. It will run about $2500 with shocks. Then I have to take care of the SYE then drive shafts. When all is said and done I will probably have 5K in the jeep before Rims and tires. That is if I dont swap to FSJ Axles. Hmm... Too many options.

What all does the kit come with? What size tires you going to run?

i have the 5.5 RE kit and am currently installing it on my 98 xj. it has everything you need, i got mine for A LOT less than the prices you see online. i ordered tires weels lift shocks...all at the same time and got a great deal. use quadratec.com just dont bother with the RE shocks...been on back order for about 100 years...no seriously i ordered them in oct...still not in stock but i went with bilsteins 5100. your gonna need a sye (i used advanced adapters) very easy and complete package. over all i would reccomend the kit, it has adj track bar, relocate brackets, all your brake lines, front bumpstops.. the only thing i needed to buy i didnt get the first time was shims and bar pin eliminators(only cause i bought bilstein eye-eye shocks) this was me in your position a few months ago...

now with some work its getting there and lloks like this..

I have part numbers and everything youll need, lemme know if you decide to go with it and i would be glad to help ya out

ehhh..a little i guess...but when you look at it, anyhting thats gonna lift your jeep 4+ inches and be worth the time/money its gonna be pricey. rubbers alone were over 1000 for five tires... so your looking at at leat 2000+ for a cheaper lift that probly dosnt come with everything your gonna need

the lift, shocks, SYE..the basics pretty much, cost me about 2300
