Default 4.5" with long arms

As the title states, I have a 4.5" lift, and I'm going to be buying the rustys long arm kit with the crossmember from someone who got it with their Rusty's 6.5" lift kit. I can't find instructions anywhere, but at 4.5" what length should I set both upper and lower long arms to? Thanks.

get the axle centered in the wheel opening with the lowers and shoot for about 5-7 degrees of caster by adjusting the uppers.

So the lower arms won't necessarily be adjusted to the same length?

Also, how do I measure the caster? I know what it is, I just don't know how to set it right.

Get a degree finder gauge an measure it with the gauge on top of a knuckle

Okay. I think I understand. Where on the knuckle should I set it? The top part of the c?

Also, should this be done with my adjustable track bar on to keep the axle in place? Or do I adjust the long arms by themselves and then install the track bar and adjust it accordingly?

Is your track bar already adjusted for your lift? If so leave it be and adjust your caster.

No, I haven't installed it yet, I decided to wait until I go from 3-4.5" of lift.

Ok, install and adjust your long arms. You shouldn't have to mess with your track bar.
