I went with a 5.5" IRO longarm with 31's... I love the look and you have a lot of tire to fender room for flexing... the IRO kit comes with the trans crossmember so it has an adjustable t-case drop up to 1 inch... I would still get the sye though!

I had 6.5" on my last XJ and will be going with around 4" on my current one. Yeah, the ground clearance was definitely nice with the 6.5, but you can definitely tell that it is too top heavy. 4.5" LA on 37"s with mega droop is all a ***** needs!

Here's my old one with 33"s and 6.5:

I am rocking around 5-5.5" and JK uppers and lowers in the front, which translates into around a 28" LCA, great flex, great ride and around $80 total

Jeepcreep505 would you recommend 33s or 35s?

I love running 35's looks awesome and gets lots of comments, but the only thing is you have to make sure you trim your fenders and bumpstop correctly

The only problem that i have with 33s/35s is having to regear the axles with my 31s i didnt feel a power loss at all and it can still spin all the tires no problems at all.
