Is it okay? Temporarily okay? Not a good Idea. I'm just having some problems aligning it. Could it just be an offset ball joint? Or do I need to drop the pivment arm?
Appreciate the help

All originals bout 80k miles
Short arm kit, had to use some shims to line it up but still not perfect. Just got it aligned couple weeks ago and it started pulling to the right after a week hasn't gotten worse yet though.
I hear alot about the 1 ton cross over would that solve my problems?

Thanks it's a custom color ha and I bought it with the axles, hudfab built it all but he's no longer in business , it handles really well and the track bar just goes from axle to the stock bracket for now had to drill out the stock bracket and pitman arm to 5/8 to get a bigger bolt in it , I need long arms bad, I just have the fixed lowers that I had on there with the rc 4.5 lift an there to short so my caster is wayyyy off , the axle needs to be pushed forward a inch or more to get it back to normal so I do get dw from hitting bumps because of that, looking for long arms now but just don't have all the $$$ for it since I swapped axles haha , it's deff worth bigger steering and track bar if you have the money, kinda worried about the stock bracket during wheeling though

Stock steering is doable. I'm doing it, but I'm not really comfortable with it. The tie rod specifically. If feels so weak, almost as if I can bend it with my hands. As soon as I can find one, I'm swapping in a V8 ZJ tie rod.

Did you drill your track bar hole over about 3/4 inch like the directions say?

That's why you're having trouble with alignment. Go get an adjustable track bar. You need one at that height. And for the love of god, don't buy it from Rough Country.

^^X2.
Also, at least upgrade to a ZJ tie rod...
THey can be had BRAND NEW, for right at 60 dollars. If you need part numbers/coupon numbers let me know.
I just replaced the stock tie rod on my tj (uses the same tie rod as an xj) with a zj one..
My stock one was already bent pretty darn good. Last thing you want is it to fold like a taco on the trail.
