Tires will rub leafs in the rear, I know this for fact, front I believe you would rub control arms. As far as gears, I'm running 35s with my stock 3.55gears, been that way for 2years, but I'm getting ready to swap my new axles in with 4.88s

as already stated they will definately rub. my 33" x 10.5"s rubbed on stock rims in the front and were too close to the leafs in the rear for my liking. You need more backspacing. Also most of the 12.5 wide tires require an 8" wide rim at minimum. I believe the stock rims are only 7"

I mounted a set of 35x12.5 tires on my stock steal 5spoke wheels, they would have rubbed the leaves to the point where you would not have been able to move the Jeep. So unless your running different axles or spacers, I'm not sure how you managed to make it work. Any pics?
