So right now I'm running rough country's 4.5 long arm on my xj with 32s and it flexs great no problems but I have the opportunity to pick up a set of 35s for a great price just wondering how bad ill be running etc. I have bushwacker flat flares on and don't plan on taking them off to fit tires it looks like ill be able to run them just want some feedback if any has this set up pictures would be awesome thanks

You will have to bump stop. For wheeling that is my favorite small tire setup. 4.5" and 35's is perfect. Low enough to be very stable and high enough to have good clearance.
Stock gears will bring the suck though.
If you look in my build thread there are tons of pics at that height, a little taller, and a little lower.

I run 35's/4.5" lift/4.56 gear/auto trans. love the setup. gears could be deeper but its not the worst. my fenders are cut high though. no silly bush wacker flares here. if you stuff a 35 you'll just pop those flares off anyway

that's up to you. so many people run that setup and say "it's fine." and they never end up getting gears. your transmission will hate life. so will your wallet on gas. I say just garage the 35's and run the 32's. or better yet pass up the 35's I promise there will be more 35's for sale later when your jeep is ready

Worked out pretty well these are used 36s so they measure a little over 35 but no problem turning or flexing eventually ill gear it but not a bad idea with that cooler
