Default 35" tires rubbing and fenders

Hey guys I put a RC 6.5 lift on my 89 and I have the km2 35s. I cut the fenders and when I took it down the wash by my house I could climb out because the tires where going into the back fenders. I cut them all the way to the to the aside of the wheel well and folded them back. It is hitting on the bottom corners.

That's what I was thinking. I got it off of craigslist. The instructions that he gave with me say its a 6.5 i think it was just really used and the springs droop a little

Measure from the top of the axle tube up to the unibody (right above the bump stop)stock is around 6'' so if its 6.5'' of lift you should have a measurement of 12.5''

I checked out a couple of write ups and basically what it looks like I have to do is bend that whole bottom part of the fender up and out of the way. I can't seem to find actual instructions on how to do it though.

Look at my springs are I know they aren't supposed to look like that but I measured it and it is only 10 inches so even with the springs being worn out, if was actually a 6.5 inch full spring pack lift, would it cause me to sit at 10 inches. Or did I get screwed and pay for a 6.5 inch lift and only got a 4.5 cuz the rear sifts as hi as the front maybe even a tad bit higher
