Default 34s with 3" and bushwackers or icelandoffroad?

kinda looked and couldnt find anything showing this. My buddys got some a 3" lift on his and wants 33-34s on it. Can he fit them with either of those flares or does he need a bigger lift?

I don't really know about 3'', but I have 4.5'' with 6'' bushwackers and 32x11.5's, and have plenty of room for 35'' tires. Hope that helps a little.

You should be able to pull it off w/the iceland flares, if you keep it to a 10.50 tire. And bumpstopping.

Iceland off-road says you can clear 33s with a two inch lift with there flares. I plan on going this route as soon as taxes comes in. But I'm going 35s with 4.5 inch lift. Or maybe 37s can't decide.

i had bushwackers on my heep with 33x12.5 tires, and it looked, well, kinda ghey.
the tires were inside the flares about 2 inches on each side. that was with 8 inch rim and 3.75 backspacing.

so then i went with 13.5 tire and 3.0 inch bs on 10 inch rim. then my tire stuck out 2 inches or so past the flares, then it looked ok.

but i since then removed the flares. now it looks even better.
and since we're in canada, i don't get bothers by the authorities.

food for thought...

33s will be ok. They will be similar height, just more width. I'm a big fan of 10.50 vs 12.50. Just looks better to me, and easier on the steering.

The LTBs are great tires!

I know those icelands are crazy expensive. I would just lift another inch and trim. You can put stock flares back on, and it will look good.

Also what kinda of issue can one expect to have running a 3" pro comp and adding 2" shackles and spacers?

Wouldn't expect any more problems out of that than running a 5" kit. Most come with combination of leaves and shackles for the rear anyways. Spacers work good not as good as full coils but never really heard of any problems.
