Default 32" Tires without fender trimming?

Ive been thinking for awhile about liftin my cherokee, Im not lookin to spend a ton of money on it cause' im not sure how much longer shes gonna last as my DD at 127,000mi. I want to keep it clean looking though so I dont want to cut the fenders, basically I just need some lift advice on how to clear 32" tires without cutting, what parts im gonna need other than the lift (like an SYE kit), and what the best mud tires for the money are along with like wheel Backspacing. I only plan on takin her muddin not any major rock crawling, maybe a rausch creek trip sometime soon. Heres what were startin with:

Please do search, there are links at the bottom of this page that are similar topics. You may need to trim a little bit of the rear of the side bumper covers.
The most important thing is, BUMPSTOPS! This does limit your uptravel, but will help from smashing fenders/flares.
I would say about 5" lift should give you enough space for 32's. I recommend Longarms for anything 4" or above. Drop brackets will work, but depending on if you buy new/used/deals etc. Longarms are not that far off, price wise.
Min BS for larger tires is 4". Is there a reason for 32's specifically? Your on-road mileage/accel will suffer with stock gears. 4.56 gears would be in your best interest, and will definitely help offroad.

Wait. Confused.
It's at 127k and your worried? Any particular reason?
To clear 32x? 11"? Probably like 4" BS or more on rims, extended bump stops, maybe turn out steer stops to help prevent LCA scrub.
But how big a lift? W/O a SYE kit your kinda limited.. Usually to like 3.5-4".
Tires are kinda preference. You want 32's.. So this will limit tire selection.

i'm sitting on 31x10.50's on saggin suspension you could easily stuff 32's with a 3". you will want to get longer bump stops and like 4" back spacing to prevent rubbing on turns but other than that you should be good.

honestly if money is a think i would just o 3" on 31's that's gonna be easiest only thing you would need is either rims or spacers for back spacing. plus as Metmknice said 32's are limited for selection

i would look into some bfgoodrich wrangler authorities the are pretty good tires for a good price or possibly retreads theirs a thread that has alot of good reviews for them.

I was thinkin that 32" tires would be a good size tire for mud, I just figured that 31" wouldnt be agressive enough. So if I switch to 31" tires, a 3in will clear? And should i still go with the 4.56 regearing and 4" bs on a 15" wheel

IMO size is just for clearence it's not going to inprove traction or anything i've done some pretty good mud holes on 235/75x15 no problem. it's the tread pattern that matters.

as for gearing i wouldn't know for sure still figuring out that one myself but you should be good with that

Most lifts @ 3" or more recommend 4" BS or less.
As I said BUMPSTOPing is key. Most 3" recommend 30". 30" should be fine on stock gearing. I would say 4.10 is a min. for 31's. If you plan and/or thing you are going to go to 32-33's I would go with 4.56's Problem is, a lot of good maximum traction/mud tires are not offered in 30s, unless you go to 16" wheels and get the metric equivalent, then you get close.

Why does a 3" and taller lift call for more BS? And are you saying that most 3" lifts are recommended to run a 30" tire? Thanks..

Edit.. I suppose w/o trimming and extended bump stops, you'd be more limited on tire size, but at 3" w/ trim and extended bs's you've got options.

Well look at it this way, with a stock width tire, you can turn the wheels so far before they hit your stops. Now with a wider tire, you can't turn the wheel as much cause the extra width will hit/rub earlier. Using backspaced rims allows you to keep some of that turning radius. Not saying its bad to put wider on stock rims but you just wont be able to make as tight as turns.

Why don't you just get a more aggressive tire. I like Cooper STT's myself.
