32/11.50/16 on a 4.5 lift. Tire rub.

I have never used wheel extenders before. I get a minor rub when cornering and hitting bumps, would wheel spacers 1.5" help take care of that? My wheels are a Moto Metal 16x9.

Where is it rubbing? LCA or fender flares?

Could be solved by better backspacing, but it does depend on where it rubs.

Its rubbing on the bottom 3" of the fender flare. only when turning.

Then no spacer will not help. Just trim the bottom of the fenders. You probably will not even notice a difference looks wise. Trim a little at a time until you don't rub anymore.
