When turning they rub on the back part of the fender flares. What's the easiest way to cut through these?

You could let it sit out in the sun for a while and cut it with a new box cutter

Okay gotcha. My first attempt will be with a sawzall...hopefully I can turn the tire enough to get the sawzall up in the space. If not i'll go with what you guys said. Thanks!

i used a dremel and tin snips. oh and you could always take those 5 weird nuts off and remove that tire thing to make more room so you could cut.

I got a pretty clean cut with an angle grinder with a cutting wheel.

eek a big fat grinder scares me with the tire so close. I'll probably try a box cutter first. easiest, simple, fits in tight places, etc. If worse comes to worse i'll take the wheels off. Gotta torque bolts again anyways.
