That video blew me away, I didn't the cars body was aerodynamic enough and light enough to break the 200 mph mark on that track with only 700+ HP.

Now if the OP will just take his XJ to them and only using a SBC you think he can hit the 185 mph mark

Novak adapters has a motor mount kit for xj's but it say's up to 91. I was planning on doing it to my 89 before the front u-joint on drive shaft blew apart while i was going down the road at 55. I would look into it i don't know what the difference is after 91 for the motor mount's. Here's the link

https://www.novak-adapt.com/catalog/...ts/mmx-wd1.htm

scroll down to the bottom and it will show you what year vehicle's it will work for.

Wheeler you might wanna read that web page again. It says FSJ Trucks, Wagoneers & Cherokees (1962-1991) fsj and xj are nothing a like. The fsj cherokee had a frame and was v8 stock and basicly a 2 door version of the wagoneer.

Not trying to be rude or anything. But 1. All i saw was cherokee and was unsure because of the years. 2. I said it might be worth looking in to because again, i was unsure.
