Already have the Bushwhackers. After seein some pics I'm thinkin either 32x11.50 or 33x12.50 will look and work better for what I want to do. Originally planned on the 33s but was tryin to be happy with the 31s. Not goina be a DD cept maybe in the winter when it snows. Bumpstops and the flat flares with 3 1/2" lift, should work, right? Have to have tires covered in my state.

I've got the same setup as you are looking at doing (except I only have a 3" lift). Once i put the fenders on - i'll post them up to this thread.
I have the Bushwacker flat flares sitting in the jeep - just finished the lift install and getting some drive time before I cut the fenders up.

Also, if that 3.5" is a Rubicon express, expect to be sitting a lil over 4" for a while. Jumping helps break in new springs... but also helps break other parts lol.

Under an ideal situation I would agree. But I'm running 33's on a Automatic transmission with stock 3.55 gears. I've got lockers front and rear.
This is not my daily driver but I have hit the freeway a few times. Purrs right along at 70mph with RPM's around 1800. I heard 2200 rpm would be best with perhaps 4.10 gears. I keep a good watch on the health of my transmission and if anything change I'll rip it all out and go with Dana 44's re-geared correctly.
On the trail and in the rocks, it performs flawlessly. so if it aint broke (yet), I'm not gonna fix it.
With 35's however I would definitely re-gear and do axles as well.

Toxin, I got one word for ya...RZR!!! It will take the abuse better and cheaper to repair. I've had more fun out of one than anything I've ever had..
