Flat flares on 3" with 31s?
I really like the bushwacker flat flares and would love to install some on my XJ, but I'm wondering if it will look silly (tires would look too small) with 31s and 3" of lift? I looked for pictures but didn't find any side pictures of the same setup I'm looking for.
I wouldn't have a problem going for 33s in the future, but I'm not sure I really want (and need to (after all, it would only be because I want flat flares..)) spend the $$ to re-gear. My needs are totally fulfilled with the current setup.
So basically, does anyone have pictures or have any idea if flat flares look good or not with 31s on a 3" lift?
Thanks!

Take a look at this thread. I think this is 3" with 31s and flat flares.

4".. that's why I'm thinking maybe with 31s the tires won't stick out as much and won't look as good.
Looks good, although the last pic is kinda dark to see properly. Thanks!

I got some better pics this morning. I love the flat style over everything else out there. And I know they aren't designed for it but they support some serious weight. I had our bikes on the roof rack and needed a little boost to get them off and I was able to stand on the rear to do so. I'm 6'2 240lbs.

Looks good. IMO the wide cut out flares by bushwhacker dont look right on anything smaller than a 33x12.50. Flat style good for 31's & 32s

I have 31"s and a 3" lift with bushwacker flat flares, I think my wheel back spacing is 3 1/2" so they stick out pretty far. Before the flares the tires rubbed bad but know they clear much better.
