Default 30lb injectors on stock XJ

So I have a few leaky injectors and the jeep is running rough. I ordered a set off Ebay and I got sent the wrong set by the seller. These are 30lbs not the 19lbs I ordered and he wont take returns so ill have to file a claim with Ebay to get my money back I guess

I know they most likely wont but is there any way to make these work? Will the jeep run super rich if I use them? Thanks.

I am by no means an xj expert however a mustang stock 5.0 runs 19 lb injectors. In that case you really don't step up to 30s till your thinking about adding a power adder. Using the 30s will get you probably over twice the fuel you actually need.

If it was me I would get my money back and get the proper injectors or you're going to run into fuel mixture issues.

You're ECU really won't like (or may be unable to) adjust the pulse width to accommodate the extra flow of the injectors. You'll likely have idle issues and a loss of mpg as a minimum hit. If they were advertised as 30lb/hr injectors and you bought them because you didn't pay attention, you might have to ask the seller for a grace, because in my experiences eBay doesn't sympathize with not reading the description. If you were actually sent the wrong set, then obviously the onus is on the seller and they shouldn't have any problem exchanging them, and if they don't that would be grounds for a claim, you're right.

My 4.0 isn't exactly stock but I run 24lbs injectors I don't think I'd go higher than that in any case. Contact the seller and see if he'll do a redo for you.
Good Luck!
