Without air tools it took e about 10 hours total, which included rest, lunch and beer time. Biggest trouble was bolts that were so tight I had to brace my feet onaxle and use breaker bar to get it moving... PB blaster is your friend.
Good luck. The best way to learn your jeep suspension is to do the work yourself. I am quite happy with the RC 3".

it really just depends on the shape of all your hardware and stock parts. my 3 inch took 8 hours.. for the rear. and about another 6-7 for the front

What's said above. Usually it goes pretty fast once the rear leaves are off. And adjusting the new track bar or recto ling the mount on the old one. Also make sure you have EVERYTHING before you start. Good luck. Make sure to post pics!

Sweet thanx for the help guys I'm looking forward to doing this it will be my first lifted vehicle I've been wanting a Cherokee for years now finally was able to get one and can't wait to learn all about it
