The pinion angle is your problem. I had the same problem, and a t case drop fixed it for me. In your case, I would just get some degree shims for your rear axle to correct the pinion angle.

No worries. Just set aside some time and some nerves and you can fix any vibes you get in no time

I've got about a 2 week window before I had back up to school, and I don't think my apartment complex will be happy with me tearing about my suspension You said the crossmember drop kit did the trick for you? Would you mind linking to it?

Yes it was the answer for me, but with you being 2wd you would have no transfer case meaning no cross member to drop. Takes about a half hour to install, and they cost about $30. Here's a link, i just don't think it would work on a 2wd setup.

Okay, I didn't realize they were the same. I knew I didn't have a TC, I don't have any experience with cross members though

I guess I'll wait to see what usaf_mike says about it. He says his is 2WD and he installed that. o_O

Yes I have a 2WD and while we dont have a transfer case we do have a crossmember that holds the tranny. I will post a pic of what it looks like. Basically just buy the Daystar 1.25" t case drop kit and install it. Heres the link:

BTW this fixed my vibrations and binding/grinding noises completely after installing my 3" Rough Country Lift

If you have any questions PM me or text me on my cell 305 799 9291 and I would gladly help you.
